Popular with children and adults, the animated series Bluey has generated a range of merchandise, including a miniature version of the iconic heritage Queenslander home.
Replicating Bluey’s TV home, this plastic playset has four rooms, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, together with a pull-down outdoor patio. The simple, sturdy furniture is designed for small hands and the set has a built-in roof handle, facilitating portable play.
‘At our house there are a lot of Bluey re-enactments, drawing together different adventures from different episodes, as well as crossovers from other shows such as Paw Patrol and Peter Rabbit.
The house is usually set up with other buildings/Lego homes/train stations to create a little Bluey world where the characters (we have all 4 Heelers) go between the house and other locations. He plays around it, loves the opening front door and he gets them in and out of the beds a lot.’ - Mum to 3-year-old James
